Ontario Real Estate Exam Readiness Check
Choose the courses and simulations you have studied and answer 15 original scenario questions drawn from our free practice sets. After each answer you see why every option is right or wrong. At the end, you get a list of your strong topics and the topics to work on next, with a link for each. It does not predict whether you will pass: 15 questions are too few for that, and we would rather tell you what to study.
Which have you studied?
Fifteen questions drawn from the free sample sets. One attempt each, with the explanation after every answer.
How does the check work?
- Pick what you have studied, in program order: Course 1, Course 2, Course 3, Simulation 1, Course 4, Simulation 2.
- Answer 15 questions. They are drawn in turn from each product you picked, so a mix of courses gets a mix of questions. If you pick only Course 1, the check uses its 10 free questions.
- Read every explanation, including on the questions you got right. The wrong options are built on the mistakes students actually make, so the explanations are where most of the learning happens.
- See your topics. Topics where you answered everything correctly are listed as strengths. Topics with a wrong answer are listed under "Work on next", each with a link to a guide, the free practice set and, if you have the course, its Study notes.
Simulation questions come with their scenario, as on the real simulation exams: read the scenario first, then the part.
What a result looks like
Sam picks all six products and answers the 15 questions. The result might read:
| Strengths | Work on next |
|---|---|
| Course 2, Module 1: Representing Clients | Course 1, Module 5: TRESA |
| Course 3, Module 1: Introducing Residential Condominiums | Simulation 1: Material facts |
| Course 4, Module 12: Preparing to Lease | Course 2, Module 19: Additional Sale-Related Documents |
Each topic under "Work on next" links to a guide, such as material fact vs material latent defect or waiver vs notice of fulfilment, and to the matching free practice page.
Frequently asked questions
Are these the real exam questions?
No. They are original questions written for the Ontario salesperson program. ExamPass is not affiliated with RECO, Meazure Learning or any education provider. The format and judgment style mirror what the exams test.
Why is there no score out of 100 or a pass prediction?
Because a short check cannot measure that honestly. You see how many you answered correctly and, more usefully, which topics need work.
Is my result saved?
Only in your browser, and only if you choose to save it. Nothing you answer here is sent to us.
