What is ExamPass?
ExamPass is an Ontario real estate exam prep platform for students in the Real Estate Salesperson pre-registration program. It covers Course 1, 2, 3, 4, Simulation 1, and Simulation 2 with original practice questions, timed mock exams, full explanations for every answer choice, a personal notebook, readiness tracking, and an AI Tutor for on-demand study help. It is built and written by a working Ontario real estate broker and educator, and it is designed to teach the judgment the exam actually tests.
Who is ExamPass for?
It is for anyone preparing for Ontario's real estate licensing exams, whether you are studying for your first attempt or coming back after a tough result. If you are working through the pre-registration courses or getting ready for a Simulation session, ExamPass is built for you. It is especially helpful if you understand the material but struggle to choose the best answer under exam conditions.
Is it only for Humber students?
No. Ontario's pre-registration program is delivered by several approved providers, and they all write the same standardized exams. ExamPass is written to those exams, so it works no matter which provider you enrolled with.
Can I use it with Career College Group, Fleming, or Algonquin?
Yes. ExamPass works for students preparing through Humber Polytechnic, Career College Group, Fleming College, and Algonquin College. Because every provider's students write the same standardized, Meazure-administered exams based on the same Ontario law, our prep applies across all of them.
What courses does it cover?
ExamPass covers Course 1 (Real Estate Essentials), Course 2 (Residential Real Estate Transactions), Course 3 (Additional Residential Real Estate Transactions), Course 4 (Commercial Real Estate Transactions), Simulation 1 (Residential), and Simulation 2 (Commercial).
How long do I get access?
Each purchase gives you a two-month (60-day) access window, and you decide when it starts. You can activate it any time within one year of purchase, so you can buy now and start the clock when your study period actually begins, not before you are ready.
Is it a subscription?
No. Each purchase is a one-time purchase with a two-month access window. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. You buy the course you need, when you need it.
How is it different from memorizing questions?
Memorizing questions teaches you to recognize specific wording. The real exam rewards something harder: understanding duties, disclosure, timing, and representation well enough to choose the safest, most correct answer in a situation you have not seen before. ExamPass explains the reasoning behind every option, so you learn how to think through a question rather than recall a memorized one. That skill is what transfers to exam day.
Does it use actual exam questions?
No. ExamPass does not use, copy, or reproduce real exam questions, and it never will. Every question is an original practice question written from public Ontario law and published learning outcomes. The goal is to prepare you for the style and reasoning of the exam, not to expose its contents.
Are the questions human-written?
Yes. Every practice question and explanation is written by a working Ontario real estate broker and educator, drawing on years of brokerage leadership, compliance, and real estate education. The questions are original, built from public law and published learning outcomes.
Does it explain why wrong answers are wrong?
Yes. Every answer option is explained, not only the correct one. You learn why the right answer is right and why each other option is weaker or wrong. Understanding the trap in a tempting wrong answer is one of the most valuable parts of preparing for the Ontario exam.
Does it help with Simulation 1 and 2?
Yes. ExamPass includes dedicated prep for Simulation 1 (residential) and Simulation 2 (commercial), built around the applied, scenario-based reasoning those sessions test. You practice the kind of decisions the simulations put in front of you, with full explanations for each answer choice.
Why are simulation questions harder?
The simulation exams do not ask you to define a term. They place you inside a realistic transaction and ask what you would do, often with several rules interacting at once. You have to weigh duties, disclosure, timing, and representation together and choose the safest path. How does the AI Tutor work?
The AI Tutor is a study assistant built into the platform. When you get stuck on a concept or a practice question, you can ask it for help in plain language. Can the AI Tutor answer follow-ups?
Yes. You can keep asking. Ask for a simpler explanation, ask why a tempting answer is wrong, ask for an example, ask how a concept applies in a scenario, or ask to have a question broken down step by step. It is built for back-and-forth so you can keep going until the idea actually makes sense.
Does the AI Tutor replace my course material?
No. The AI Tutor supports your learning, but it does not replace your provider's course material, and it does not guarantee a result. Use it alongside your official coursework as a way to get unstuck and deepen your understanding, not as a substitute for the program you are enrolled in.
When should I start?
You can start as soon as you begin a course, and many students find that practicing early helps the material stick. Because you control when your two-month access window opens, you can buy now and activate it when your real study push begins.
Can I use it before finishing the course material?
Yes. You do not have to wait until you have finished the course. Practicing as you learn can reinforce each concept while it is fresh, and the explanations and AI Tutor are there to help with anything you have not fully covered yet. What should I use it with?
