How Our Content Is Written and Sourced

You deserve to know exactly how the material you are studying was made. Here it is, plainly.

Original practice questions

Every question in ExamPass is an original practice question. We do not use, copy, or reproduce real exam questions, and we never will. Our questions are written to prepare you for the style and reasoning of the Ontario exam, not to expose its contents. Anyone who claims to sell you the real exam questions is doing something you should walk away from.

Built from public law and published outcomes

Our questions and explanations are developed from public sources: Ontario legislation such as the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 and its regulations, which are public and available to anyone, and the published learning outcomes for the real estate salesperson program. These are the same law and outcomes that every approved provider teaches and that every standardized exam is based on, which is why our prep applies across providers.

What we do not use

We do not copy, reproduce, paraphrase from, or build on any education provider's copyrighted course materials. Not Humber Polytechnic's, not Career College Group's, not Fleming College's, not Algonquin College's, and not anyone else's. Our content is our own, written from public law upward.

Our honesty standards

We hold a hard line. No invented pass rates. No fabricated student counts. No fake reviews or testimonials. No claims of affiliation with any provider or regulator. If we cannot back a claim with a real number or a public source, we cut it. Trust is the product.

Accuracy and currency

Legislation and learning outcomes change over time. We work to keep our materials aligned with the current rules and revise the affected questions and explanations when they change. Always treat the official, current sources as authoritative and confirm anything important against them. Where the law changes, the law wins.
