Everything inside ExamPass

ExamPass is built around one idea: the Ontario real estate exam rewards judgment, so every feature is designed to help you think through the question. Here is what you get with each course or simulation guide.

Study

Every ExamPass product includes a Study reading layer, not just practice questions. It is where you read the topic before you drill it.

On Courses 1 to 4, Study is a set of concise, plain-language readings, the kind of notes that get straight to the point so you understand a concept before you practice it. They are written from the public law and the published learning outcomes, distilled by someone who has actually been through the program. They are not a summary of, and are not derived from, any education provider's course materials or textbooks.

On Simulation 1 and Simulation 2, Study becomes a story-driven, staged walkthrough: a running case file that carries you stage by stage through a complete transaction and ends on a completion screen that leads into the Mock Exam. It mirrors the real facilitated simulation session, which moves through all the stages of a transaction. On the practice questions, a "Where this is taught" link points you back to the exact teaching topic, so you can always trace a question to the concept behind it.

Practice Questions

Work through original practice questions one at a time, with no rush and no clutter. Every answer option is explained, not just the correct one. You learn why the right answer works and why each other option is weaker or wrong, which is the exact reasoning the exam tests. This is where you build the habit of reading a question carefully and choosing the safest, most correct response. Over time, the patterns behind the questions start to feel familiar.

Mock Exam

Practice under the same pressure you will feel on exam day. Timed mock exams mirror the structure and pace of the real thing, so you learn to manage the clock and stay steady when a question gets dense. You find out how you perform when time is short, not just when you have all day to think. That experience is often the difference between knowing the material and being ready to write the exam.

Drill Wrong Answers

Your missed questions become your study plan. ExamPass collects the questions you got wrong so you can revisit them, understand the reasoning, and strengthen the topics that need work. Instead of starting from zero each session, you focus your time where it actually moves your score. Weak areas get attention until they stop being weak.

Progress

See honest signals about how your preparation is going, so you can decide what to review next. Progress shows you where you are strong and where you still have gaps, in plain terms. It is a guide for your study time, not a promise. ExamPass will never tell you that you are guaranteed to pass, because no honest tool can. It simply gives you a clear picture so you can study with purpose.

Notebook

Keep your studying in one place. Your notebook lets you save notes, reminders, explanations, weak areas, and examples as you work. When a concept finally clicks or a tricky distinction trips you up, write it down and come back to it. By exam week, you have a personal study reference built from your own practice, in your own words.

AI Tutor

The AI Tutor is an on-demand study assistant built right into the platform, and it is the feature students lean on most. When a question stumps you, you do not have to move on confused or wait to ask someone later. You can ask a follow-up question, ask for a simpler explanation, ask why a tempting answer is wrong, ask for an example, ask how a concept applies in a scenario, or have a hard question broken down step by step.

It is especially useful for the areas that decide Ontario exams: client versus customer duties, designated representation, multiple representation, material facts, material latent defects, disclosure obligations, TRESA duties, offers, clauses, conditions, professional judgment, and simulation-style scenarios. You ask in plain language, and it helps you reason through the answer rather than just handing you a fact.

The AI Tutor supports your learning. It does not replace your course material, and it does not guarantee a result. Think of it as study help that is always available when you are stuck, so you keep moving and keep understanding.
