Our questions and explanations are developed from public legislation - the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 (TRESA) and its regulations - and from published RECO learning outcomes. We do not copy or reproduce any provider's copyrighted course materials. Where we reference the law, the current official text of the legislation and regulations is always the authoritative source.
